Study Description: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the prevalence of endogenous hypercortisolism (eHC) in patients diagnosed with resistant high blood pressure. Endogenous hypercortisolism is when the body is making too much cortisol on its own without external factors like steroid medication. There is no investigational medication involved, and no treatment is being tested. Additional procedures include physical examinations, adrenal CT scans, blood draws, and laboratory tests. Total participation will last up to 4 weeks with up to 3 doctor’s visits throughout the study. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one in-person screening visit to the clinic. Trial-related procedures and study medication will be provided at no cost.
