The advertiser can:

• Request screenshots of your ads in case of disputes.
• If you approved the traffic flow more than 7 days ago and want to launch it, you must obtain approval for the launch in the chat with your personal manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place payment on hold for this traffic and are not responsible for it.
• Save screenshots of your ads. They will be needed as an argument to resolve the dispute in your favor if the advertiser questions the quality of the traffic.
• If you connect to offers with specific traffic sources, we reserve the right to request screenshots confirming that you are working with the traffic source you specified during the approval process.
• Reconciliation occurs: before the 4th of the new month for the previous month.
• Traffic payment occurs: once after confirmed reconciliation, from the 16th to the 30th (31st) of the new month, for the previous month.
• Hold: 14 days if the KPI is not met.
